Before proceeding with your help request, please answer the troubleshooting questions below.

Please answer each of the following required questions:

1. Modem/Router to Wall Jack Connection
Is the cable connecting your modem or router to the wall jack is plugged in properly and have you performed a power cycle (i.e., turned the modem or router off for 20 seconds and turn it back on)?    Yes/Confirmed
 
2. Modem/Router to PC/HUB connection
Is the cable connecting your modem or router to your PC or HUB plugged in securely and to the correct ports? (Note: Ports are generally marked "PC" and "HUB")    Yes/Confirmed
 
3. IP Configurations
Are the IP configurations in your PC are correct?    Yes/Confirmed
 

If applicable, please also answer the following additional questions:

4. HUB to Network Connection
If you are using a HUB, are the cables connecting your HUB to your network plugged in properly? Yes/Confirmed
 
5. Router Configuration
If you are using a customer-owned router, is the configuration of the router correct? Yes/Confirmed
