Once you have ordered your virtual server, DSL.net will activate your account and provide you with setup instructions. If you do not receive your setup instructions within 24 hours, please contact us at hostmaster@dsl.net. Most often a delay in receiving your instructions is due to the submission of an inactive e-mail address when placing your order (e.g., using the domain you are trying to register or an e-mail address that has been deactivated by the previous service provider.) We recommend using an e-mail address not related to the domain you are registering or transferring. If unforeseen complications cause a delay in your account activation, it is best to wait at least one full day before inquiring about your new account. Our support technicians cannot add new features to your account that are not included in your current hosting package.
